What is the difference between a temporary
housing and a hotel?

Executive Residences, Inc. organizes utilities, furniture, appliances and amenities with a great deal of consideration. Every package is flexible and can easily be customized. A typical unit includes furniture, house wares, all utilities (electric, water, gas), local telephone service, cable television with high speed Internet and microwave. Washers and dryers are also included in apartments with connections. Housekeeping can also be included for an additional cost.

Offering twice the living space than a hotel room, an Executive Residences, Inc. temporary housing solution provides a spacious, home-like environment in a residential setting.  Our fully-furnished apartments and town homes include amenities such as a fitness centers, swimming pools and custom home features, a guest staying for 30 days or longer will appreciate this affordable hotel alternative.

What is the minimum stay?

Executive Residences, Inc. offers stays of 30 days or longer.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome. Weight and breed restrictions apply and a pet fee and /or security deposit may be required

How can I pay for my stay?

Executive Residences, Inc. accepts all major credit cards, personal checks, as well as direct bill to a company. We also offer consolidated billing for companies with multiple reservations.
